I began my professional career teaching junior high school and middle school students. Since then I have taught adults in several academic settings. When specific content is to be communicated, teaching is an appropriate service delivery mode to choose.

Currently I am an adjunct faculty member of the University of Phoenix, Atlanta campus. I teach several classes in the sociology and psychology curriculums, using a facilitative model of instruction.

Students work in Learning Teams, preparing them for work in the corporate world. Team work, as opposed to group work, is stressed, sharing leadership and learning skills from each other. Part of my role is to create the healthy environment to acquire skills.
